How to use the service?
Using the secure email service, you can send confidential messages to Turku employment services. The service required registration before you can send secure email.
Kindly note that you are not able to register with addresses belonging to the turku.fi, kaarea.fi, tvt.fi, turunvesihuolto.fi or turunseudunpuhdistamo.fi domain. If you have an email address from these organisations, the secure email service is available through your own organisation.
Brief instructions
- Open the secure email service at turva.turku.fi
- Enter your email and verification ciphers.
- The system sends a verification email to the given address.
- Click on the link to send a message to Turku employment services
- Choose the correct recipient from the dropdown menu (see below)
- If required, you may add any @turku.fi recipient in the carbon copy field.
- Write the message, insert attachments if needed and send the message. You can save the sent message if you want to keep a copy of it.

Employment Services - Integration Services - Contacts and other matters related to clients in the integration period and integration services.
Employment Services - Employer Services - Matters related to serving employers (e.g., job placement).
Employment Services - Maritime Employment Services - Contacts from individual and corporate clients in maritime job placement.
Employment Services - Career Guidance Psychologists - Contacts related to career guidance.
Employment Services - Labour Market Training - Applications for labor market training, application attachments, and contacts from service providers.
Employment Services - Coaching Services - Documents related to applying for coaching services and contacts from service providers.
Employment Services - Payments (start-up grant, wage subsidy) - Matters related to the payment of start-up grants and wage subsidies, as well as procurement contract invoices for skills services.
Employment Services - Expense Reimbursements etc. - Contacts related to the payment of discretionary expense reimbursements, travel and accommodation cost reimbursements, and work environment arrangement subsidies.
Employment Services - Work Ability Services for Youth - Clients under 30 years old in the work capacity service, clients of the Ohjaamo service.
Employment Services - Work Ability Services for Working Age - Clients 30 years old and older in the work capacity service.
Employment Services - Sectors, Industry and Construction - Contacts from clients seeking employment in the industrial and construction sectors.
Employment Services - Sectors, Service and Creative Industries - Contacts from clients seeking employment in the service and creative sectors.
Employment Services - Sectors, Social and Health Care, Cleaning, Hospitality and Office Work - Contacts from clients seeking employment in the social, health, and wellness sectors, cleaning sector, office sector, and tourism and restaurant sector.
Employment Services - Sectors, Education Transport and ICT - Contacts from clients seeking employment in the education, transportation, and ICT sectors.
Employment Services - Other Contact - All other contacts to employment services are directed to the appropriate specialists.
