The Six Cities
More than one third of Finland’s population lives in Finland’s six largest cities – Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere, Turku and Oulu. The Six Cities are important builders of economic growth and well-being as well as sources of new innovations and investments. Close co-operation supports the achievement of the common objectives of cities.

The C21 Network
The C21 network comprises the 21 largest cities in Finland: Helsinki, Espoo, Tampere, Vantaa, Oulu, Turku, Jyväskylä, Lahti, Kuopio, Kouvola, Pori, Joensuu, Lappeenranta, Hämeenlinna, Vaasa, Rovaniemi, Seinäjoki, Mikkeli, Kotka, Salo and Porvoo. The network will strengthen the debate on urban policy and the joint lobbying of cities.
