Pools and facilities
People who cannot swim and children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult who can swim. You are allowed to stay at the swimming arena for 30 minutes after the ticket office closes. The temperature of all pools is generally maintained at a minimum of 27 degrees celsius.
Large pool for play and swimming (approx. 50 x 25 m)
- deepens gradually 0.3–1.40 m after which the depth is 1.80 m
- no lane ropes
- meant for free swimming and playing
- water aerobics take place in this pool
Fitness pool (approx. 25 x 25 m)
- depth 1.80 m
- 3–4 lanes for lap swimming and 1–2 lanes for aqua jogging
- meant for exercising
Children's pool
- depth 0.6–0.9 m
- divided into two sections
- mini pool slide (the slide is for children under the age of 7)
Paddling pool
- depth approx. 20 cm
Big slide – unfortunately currently out of order
- length 14 metres
- always open
- no separate fee
- recommended age limit 5 years
- those who cannot swim only slide under supervision, see instructions at the bottom of the slide
Changing rooms
- changing rooms, toilets and showers
- one accessible changing room and shower, accessible toilet
- the accessible toilet has a baby changing station, potty chair and hand shower
- lockers that function with a 50 cent coin deposit or a token that costs 1€
Borrowable swimming equipment
Aqua jogging belts are available for borrow next to the lifeguard station. Children's back floats and kickboards can be found by the maintenance building.
You can also use your own floats, water toys and swimming equipment as long as they are clean, excluding large inflatable air mattresses.
Café and snacks
The Kupittaa Pavilion provides the ticket sale services of the swimming arena. They also serve refreshments, food and snacks.
You are also allowed to bring your own snacks to the arena.
Drinking alcohol and smoking are prohibited.

Lifeguards and first aid
The lifeguard station is located in the middle of the pool area. A first aid kit and a defibrillator are found there.
