Haarlan päiväkoti is a Finnish language municipal day care that offers early childhood education to children under school age. Day care offers preschool education and supplementary early childhood education at the Meteorikatu 1.
The unit organizes open early childhood education activities (Ylikylä Open Daycare, and Ylikylä Outdoor and Indoor Clubs, Wäinö Aaltosen koulutie 3), and a family club in cooperation with early childhood education and the Martin Parish (Wäinö Aaltosen koulutie 3). The unit also provides playground activities (Myrskypuiston leikkipaikka, Vihuri 4).
