Varissuo Ice Hall has an excellent gym with changing rooms, showers, and sauna.
Varissuo Ice Hall is located 40 meters below ground in a rock cave. Access to the ice hall and gym is through the parking garage, on the Suurpäänkatu side. The facility can also be accessed by elevator on weekdays from 7AM to 3.30PM on the Kraatarinkatu side.

Age limits
The minimum age for using the gym is 15 years. 13–14-year-olds may exercise under the supervision of a parent or a coach.
