Service description
Samppalinna Outdoor Swimming Stadium organises beginner level swimming schools for children during the summer. The swimming schools are meant for children who do not know how to swim or can only swim a couple of metres.
Who is the service intended for?
Beginner group A is for children who cannot swim and are afraid to put their head under water.
Beginner group B is for children who cannot swim but are not afraid to put their head under water.
The swimming school age limit must be reached during the swimming school at the latest.
Instructions for use
Register for swimming school groups on the website. Upcoming swimming schools and their registration links will be displayed at least a few weeks before the registration date. The registration link will open at 12 p.m. on the day of registration.
Registration for the summer 2025 Samppalinna swimming schools opens for Turku residents on Wednesday 7 May at 12 p.m. and for non-residents on Friday 9 May.
