What is the Kiviloma kulmilla programme?
Kivaloma is a free holiday-time activity for children born between 2015 and 2018. We organize programs in various residential areas of Turku during the school holidays. The activities include games, sports trials, crafts, and many other fun things to do.
In 2026, Kivaloma activities will only be organized in June, during the school holidays. The activities will expand to eight areas in Turku. More information about the activities will be announced closer to the summer.

Kivaloma kulmilla -activities will be organised in 2026 only during the summer vacation from June 1st to June 26th for 1st–4th graders (children born in 2015–2018).

Who can take part in the activity?
- Kivaloma is intended for children living in Turku who were born between 2015 and 2018.
- During the summer, children who have completed grades 1–4 in primary school during the spring semester can participate.
- The activity is not intended for preschoolers.

Participation Guidelines:
- No pre-registration needed! Children can join on the days that suit your family.
- You can stay for the whole day or just part of it.
- Bring a water bottle and wear clothes suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities.
- Guardians phone numbers will be collected for emergency contact.
- Activities follow the principles of a safer space.
