Support for using digital services
The Digital Support offers help and guidance regarding the digital services either in person or remotely.
When you need digital support
Many of the City of Turku's Service Points offer digital support:
- Monitori at the Market Square offers help with how to use the city's digital services
- The Turku Main Library helps you with different devices and digital services
- Youth Information and Guidance Service offers service guidance in person at the Youth Advisory Centre Hjelt, or remotely
- Multilingual service guidance for immigrants in person at International House Turku, or remotely.
Many organisations also offer free support and affordable courses on using digital services. See the brochure below for more information.

Turku City Library
- Support with digital devices and guidance with the library's devices and services in Finnish, Swedish, and English, in person and remotely according to the library's opening hours.
- You can get support with your own digital devices without a scheduled appointment at certain times during the day.
- The library also offers lectures on digital topics.
- If needed, you can get support in using the OmaKirjasto site.

SecPort Cyber Security Portal
- SecPort aims to increase the security of Europeans when they use online services and devices in their everyday lives.
SecPort offers a wide range of tools, resources, and materials in all 24 official EU languages for both everyday life and work. - The portal was created by Aalto University in collaboration with the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications and funded by the European Union.
