The project implements the objectives of the Southwest Finland Transport System Plan for a sustainable, low-emission, competitive and attractive transport system when developing the region's public transport and related services. Over the course of four years, a self-assessment of the regional SUMP, a traffic environment survey for regional residents, service experiments to develop the station areas, especially at the Loimaa and Uusikaupunki stations, and a communication campaign will be carried out. In addition, more detailed reports will be drawn up on rail traffic in the region.
