The route to the main entrance
- The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
- The route to the entrance is smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.
- There is a steep slope on the passage.
The main entrance
- The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
- The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door is heavy or otherwise hard to open.
- The foyer is cramped.
In the facility
- The entrance, sports facilities and dressing rooms are located on the same floor.
- The service point has directions to the different facilities.
- There is a toilet marked as accessible in the lobby or nearby public area. The requirements for accessibility are not met, as the toilet does not have sufficient room for a wheelchair and one or both sides of the toilet seat lack a support rail.
- The customer service/cashier's desk can be found easily. The desk is accessible to customers sitting down or standing.
Dressing room, shower room and sauna
- The facility does not have an accessible dressing room. The men's/women's dressing rooms must be used instead. The door of the dressing room opens easily manually and the doorway has a low threshold.
- The dressing room features a dressing bench but not much room for an assistant. Good illumination and clear contrasts facilitate spatial perception. There are no lockers in the dressing room.
- The shower room is connected to the men's/women's dressing room. The door of the shower room opens easily manually.
- The facility does not have a sauna.
Sports facilities
- The door of the gym opens easily by hand. Unobstructed mobility with a wheelchair or other aids is not possible in the gym. The equipment can also be accessed with aids. Some of the equipment can be used from a wheelchair. The equipment is within everyone's reach (storage height 0.8-1.2 m).
- The gym features contrast differences between the floor and wall and between the floor and equipment. There is no glare in the gym.
