• For access to sports facilities where entry is through an access gate using an entry wristband, red wristbands are required for organised association activities.
• Associations are responsible for managing and maintaining their members’ wristbands in the Kilpuri system.
• Association wristbands are available only to clubs and associations based in Turku and to their members.
• Members obtain their wristbands from their association. The association purchases the wristbands from Sports Services at a price of 8€ per wristband.
• The association defines the required access products, which Sports Services will create in the association's Kilpuri account.
• Kilpuri wristbands are primarily personal and valid for the period defined by the association.
• The association is responsible for its members’ Kilpuri wristbands and their use.
• Misuse (e.g. someone other than a coach using a coach wristband, or an adult participant using a child/youth product) will result in the wristband being deactivated.
• Repeated misuse may result in a temporary ban for the participant or the association.

Sports and exercise associations and clubs based in Turku, as well as associations organising physical activity, are charged a per-visit training fee for the sports facilities at Sports Centre Alfa, the Varissuo Indoor Ice Rink's gym and Kupittaa Sports Hall. At Impivaara and Petrelius swimming halls, training activities are subject to a facility rental fee.

The club or association organising the activity is responsible for paying the per-visit fees.

• Per-visit fees are invoiced to the club or association retrospectively based on actual attendance.
• Chargeable visits apply to the following age groups: 7–19-year-olds (Group 2) and those aged 20 and over (Group 3).
• Children under the age of 7 and their accompanying adults are admitted free of charge.
• Club coaches enter free of charge when carrying out coaching duties.
• Sports Services agrees on pricing-related practices with the clubs and associations using the facilities.

The main users of Kupittaa Sports Hall are athletics, rowing, canoeing, orienteering, rhythmic gymnastics and triathlon associations based in Turku. Main users may access Kupittaa Sports Hall during its opening hours.

Associations representing other sports use the facilities for supplementary training. Supplementary training times are Tuesdays and Fridays from 2–7 p.m. (under 15–year-olds) and from 6–9 p.m. (over 15–year-olds).

Wristbands for supplementary training groups are valid only during supplementary training times on Tuesdays and Fridays from 2–7 p.m. (entry before 6.30 p.m.).

The club or association organising the activity pays an hourly rental fee for the facilities in accordance with the price list.

• The hourly rental fee is invoiced to the club or association once a month.
• Pricing-related practices are agreed upon with the clubs or associations using the facilities.
