    Refund Terms

Products purchased on the same day can be cancelled directly at the point of sale where they were bought. Retrospective refunds for fitness wristbands and guided exercise sessions may be granted in exceptional cases. Refunds must be requested in writing using a form available at customer service points, and the payment will be made to the customer’s bank account within approximately two weeks.

The customer must, if necessary, present an ID and either a receipt or the wristband number. Any refund must be requested within one (1) month of the purchase or, in the case of illness, within one month of receiving a medical certificate. If the reason for the refund is an incorrect product, any usage will be deducted from the refund amount, and the correct product matching the customer’s usage will be sold instead.

    • Non-functioning wristband: If the fitness wristband does not work and shows no external damage, its price may be refunded within two years from the date of purchase. Products on the wristband can be transferred free of charge to a new wristband at the customer service point.

    • Broken wristband
If the fitness wristband is broken or partially damaged, the customer must purchase a new wristband. Valid products on the wristband can be transferred free of charge to the new wristband.

    • Lost wristband: If the fitness wristband is lost, the customer must purchase a new wristband. The lost wristband number will be added to a blocklist. Valid products on the wristband can be transferred free of charge to the new wristband. The customer must present a receipt for the lost wristband’s top-up or the wristband number.

    • Incorrect product: If the customer has accidentally purchased the wrong product or has been sold the wrong product by mistake, the customer must purchase a new, correct product matching their usage, and the amount for the incorrect, unused product will be refunded to the customer’s bank account. For used products, customer group-specific single-use fees will be deducted based on the amount of usage. Refunds must be requested using a compensation form available at the sports services customer service point within one (1) month of the purchase. Customers who have purchased season or serial top-ups must present a receipt. For personal products, an ID must also be presented. Products purchased on the same day can be cancelled directly at the point of sale where they were bought.

    • Illness cases: In cases of illness lasting more than a week, refunds may be requested with a medical certificate. In such cases, the validity period of the products will be extended by the duration of the exercise ban stated by the doctor. Refunds must be requested no later than one (1) month after receiving the medical certificate. Swimming school fees and other course fees may also be refunded based on a medical certificate. For course participation fees, the unused portion will be refunded if more than 75% of the course is missed. Compensation must be requested no later than one (1) month after the course ends.

Products will not be refunded in the following cases:

    • Expired products: If products on the fitness wristband have expired without being used, they will not be refunded.

    • Relocation to another municipality: If the customer moves to another municipality and no longer uses the fitness wristband, products will not be refunded.

    • Change in customer group: If the customer’s payment group changes and there are more expensive, regular-priced products left on the wristband, they will not be refunded. The products must be used up.

At the sports services service desk, you can pay with cash card, or employee benefit. Employee benefit can be used with regular priced or concession group products. Please note that children’s products cannot be bought with employee benefits.
