New PIN code requirements for the online library will take effect on 16 June, 2026. From this date onwards, logging in will require a PIN code that is at least five digits long and meets all other security requirements, as well.
Please change your PIN code by 15 June. If your PIN doesn’t meet the new requirements on 16 June, you can’t log in to the online library. You can change your PIN through your Profile page or by using the “Forgot your PIN code?” link that you can find on the log in form. Instructions are provided below.
The new PIN must be 5-10 digits long. The recommendation is to pick a PIN code that’s as long as possible, easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess.
Don’t forget to change the PIN codes for your dependents’ library cards as well.
