Instructions for those needing to run an errand
We recommend that you primarily take care of your errands online. You can, for instance, charge your Föli travel card on Föli's webpages. Ask more about the bus tickets and cards in Föli's chat. In the City of Turku's chat you can ask for general advice on the city's services.
You can also call the Customer Service during the opening hours of Monitori, or visit the service point by the Market Square. Please note that the opening hours of the Customer Service deviate from those of Monitori. The number tag machine is closed at the latest 30 minutes before closing.
Please note that the service occasionally is overloaded, especially in January and August-September.
