Service description

At Ohjaamo, young people aged 16 to 29 receive support with issues related to employment, studies, housing, leisure, and well-being. The starting point for the services provided at Ohjaamo is the individual need expressed by the young person. Based on this, the young person is directed to a suitable professional.

The service is provided through in-person and/or remote meetings at the Youth Guidance Center Hjelt. If needed, staff can also accompany the young person to other services. When necessary, the young person is referred to another specialist within Ohjaamo or to an external service provider.

Who is the service intended for?

The service is intended for all young people aged 16 to 29, as well as their family members or other close individuals and other professionals working with youth.

Instructions for use

A young person can get in touch by coming to Ohjaamo in person from Monday to Friday between 12PM and 3PM, by calling, via WhatsApp, or by email. A family member, a close contact or the young person’s designated worker can also make contact, with the young person’s permission or together with them, using the same channels.
