Halinen waterworks area
The Halinen waterworks area will be released from waterworks use, and its future development will be explored through a planning competition and detailed zoning. The objective of the zoning amendment is to create a pleasant and high-quality area that combines diverse and high-standard housing with an extension of the riverside recreational route along the Aura River, accessible to the entire city.
