An unsuitable detailed plan is to be amended so that access to the private plot is arranged from Mälikkälänkatu without leasing the city’s plot. The city’s plot is intended to be divided into two parts: a residential small‑house plot and a wooded rocky outcrop along the northern edge to be designated as a park. For the private plot, a building area for a small residential building is intended to be designated as a reservation to enable a possible future subdivision of the plot.
