Job Market Finland's services will be updated, which will cause a service interruption in the e-services for personal customers, and employers and entrepreneurs.
The interruption will begin on Friday, May 23, at 12:00 and ends on Monday, May 26, at 8:00. The update will also affect customer service in the Turku employment region.
Due to the update, it will not be possible to log in to Job Market Finland and e.g. job seach cannot be initiated.
If you were unable to resolve your matter due to the service break, please contact your municipality's employment services immediately after the break. Issues left unresolved caused by the break can be corrected afterwards. Please note that documents can still be submitted during the break.
Be prepared for possible congestion in phone and online services after the break.
Impact in the Turku employment region
During the service interruption, the centralised phone service in the Turku employment region will be closed from Friday, 23 May at 11:30.
Paper documents can be submitted during the break. Please check your municipality's instructions on how to submit them.
Customer service opening hours may vary by municipality. Your municipality will provide information on any exceptions.

The Monitori service point will serve customers until 11:30 on Friday, 23 May.
