Registration

  You can only register via the registration link in the event or recreation calendar. You cannot register by calling, emailing, texting or registering with an instructor.  
•    Open the registration link from the selected event page.
•    Enter the required information and confirm the reservation.
•    Remember to also confirm your reservation on the other page.  
•    Once the registration has been confirmed, you will receive a registration confirmation by email.
•    If you do not receive a registration confirmation, please contact the office. 

Reserve places

Hobbies, camps and courses
•    If the event is full, register for the reserve list.  
•    If you get a place, you will be notified by email. You have 24 hours to confirm your place.  
•    Remember to also confirm if you do not accept the place, so the place will be transferred to the next person in the reserve list.  

Art workshops and performances

•  If the event is full, follow the booking situation via the event registration link, the cancelled bookings will become available for re-booking.   

Event realisation

The event will take place if enough participants have registered for it.
•    Hobbies: 8 participants
•    Courses: 6–8 participants
•    Art camps: 10 participants

We will notify you of any cancellation of the event by text message before the first meeting.  

In accordance with the principles of a safer space, the Children’s Culture Centre Färi reserves the right to interrupt the child’s participation in the activities in problem situations. 
 

Cancelling registration

Registration must be cancelled, at the latest, on the date indicated on the event page. Registration can no longer be cancelled after the event has begun (except for an obstacle identified by a physician, see section Invoicing and payment refunds).  We will invoice for registrations that have not been cancelled.

Cancel the registration via the "Cancel registration" link at the end of the registration confirmation sent to your email. You will receive an email about the cancelled registration. If you do not receive an email, contact the Office of the Children’s Culture Centre to ensure the cancellation.

You cannot cancel your registration by phone, email, text message, notifying the instructor or using the registration link on the event page.

Editing registration

You can edit your registration and invoicing information by clicking the "Edit your information" link at the end of the registration confirmation email. You will receive a new registration confirmation in your email for the edited registration. If you do not receive a new confirmation, contact the Office of the Children's Culture Centre to ensure that the data is stored. 

Invoicing and payment refunds

We will charge hobby, camp or course fees after the event has ended.  

Art workshops and performances cannot be paid by invoice. Instead, they are paid in cash or by card on site.  

The payment is invoiced according to the actual meetings. The fee will not be refunded or substituted if the child does not participate in all meetings of the activities. There are also no free trials. The meetings cancelled by the Children’s Culture Centre will be compensated of the total amount.

You can apply for a payment refund due to an obstacle found by a physician, if it requires a long absence.  
•    Hobbies: the absence must last for more than three meetings.
•    Camps and courses: the absence must last for the entire duration of the event.

Children with special needs

A child with special needs must have a personal assistant with them. The Children’s Culture Centre does not have the resources to arrange a personal assistant for the child.
