A zoning change is proposed for the site, which would enable the construction of a new apartment building on the border of Matinkatu, taking into account comfort, greenery, and adaptation to climate change in accordance with the Mayor's program. In addition, underground parking facilities in the courtyard area is being proposed for the lot.
