The affordable Exercise Wristband is meant for all kinds of exercisers, who exercise individually.

The Wristband motivates you to exercise regularly according to your own schedule.

For the seasonal price, you have access to the City's paid sports facilities once per day.

Exercise Wristband

• The wristband can be loaded with either a 10-time pass or a 4-month season pass.
• The advantages of the wristband are a lower entrance fee than the one-off charge and no queuing at the checkout.
• When you load the wristband for the first time, you have to pay the is wristband fee of 8€. The wristband is personal.
• The wristband is purchased as your own property - it is not a deposit.
• The balance of the exercise wristband can be seen at check-in at the sports venue. You can also check the number of remaining visits by visiting the customer service point.

Exercise Wristband Extra

• Buy the Exercise Wristband Extra to get to guided group exercise classes for working-age people.
• The Exercise Wristband Extra is purchased as a service in addition to the Exercise Wristband.
• As long as the purchased exercise wristband has at least 3 months left, you can purchase the guided activity content of the seasonal product for 21€.
• You will receive a season card with which you can participate in group exercise classes organised by different clubs.
• The card is valid until the end of the 2026 spring season.
• With the exercise wristband, you can exercise on your own at the sports facilities of the city once a day.

Loading the wristband online

• If you already have a wristband, you can load the Exercise Wristband online and avoid queuing at the cashier.
• The subscription is activated on the wristband upon first use.
• All standard-priced adult products and children’s products can be conveniently loaded online. Campaign products or the Exercise Wristband Extra season pass cannot be loaded online.
