Cashier’s opening hours below. Access to the pool and gym allowed 30 min after closing. The facility must be left within one hour after the closing.

The route to the main entrance
- The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
- The route to the entrance is guided, smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.
The main entrance
- The entrance is hard to perceive but illuminated
- The entrance has a steep ramp under 6 m long, with handrails on one side.
- The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door is heavy or otherwise hard to open.
- The entrance has thresholds over 2 cm high.
In the facility
- The entrance, sports facilities and dressing rooms are located on the same floor.
- The indoor walkways have a steep ramp under 6 m long, with handrails on both sides.
- There is a heated storage area for wheelchairs and prams next to the entrance.
- The customer service/cashier's desk can be found easily. The desk is accessible to customers standing only.
- At the customer service/cashier's desk, you can borrow a wheelchair, shower wheelchair, rollator walker.
Dressing room, shower room and sauna
- The facility does not have an accessible dressing room. The men's/women's dressing rooms must be used instead. The door of the dressing room is heavy or otherwise hard to open.
- The dressing room has sufficient room for a wheelchair and assistant. Good illumination and clear contrasts facilitate spatial perception. There are lockers in the dressing room.
- The shower room is connected to the men's/women's dressing room. The door of the shower room is heavy or otherwise hard to open.
- The sauna is connected to the men's/women's dressing room. The door is heavy or otherwise hard to open.
- The sauna has room for one wheelchair.
Sports facilities
- The large/deep pool does not feature accessible entry (steep steps or a pool ladder).
- A separate teaching pool is not available. Teaching is provided in the large/deep pool.
- An accessible toilet is not available in the pool area.
