Storing of lost and found items

  • Lost property is collected in the evening and brought to the lost and found the following morning.
  • Items lost in the swimming halls or outdoor pools will be stored for three weeks. After that, we donate them to charity.
  • Individual washing gel, shampoo etc. bottles cannot be stored for hygiene reasons.
  • Valuable items are stored at the cashier. You can enquire them for four weeks by presenting details of your lost item. After that, the valuables are taken to the Finnish Lost Property Service's office in Turku. More information: Finnish Lost Property Services

Site-specific guidelines

  • Impivaara and Petrelius swimming hall: ask the cashier for forgotten items.
  • Kupittaa Outdoor Swimming Arena: ask the lifeguards for forgotten items.
  • Samppalinna Outdoor Swimming Stadium: ask the lifeguards for forgotten items and the cashier for valuables.
  • After the outdoor pools close for the season, items lost in Samppalinna can be enquired at the Impivaara swimming hall during October. Items lost in Kupittaa can be enquired at the Petrelius swimming hall during September. Valuable items will be stored until Christmas.
Ask about lost property at the facility

Unfortunately, we are unable to answer telephone enquiries about lost property. They are many, and it is difficult for staff to identify forgotten swimwear and other items due to their similarity.
