What are the aims and goals of the Boostii benefit?
Aims and goals
The Boostii benefit is intended to encourage children and young people to exercise regularly in well-organised club and association activities.
The aim is to promote the well-being of children and young people and to prevent social exclusion. In addition, annual financial support aims to curb the increase in the costs of hobbies and promote equality for different age groups, genders, residential areas, and sports opportunities.
- The club's or association's sports activities must be regular, i.e. the hobby group must meet at least once (1) a week for at least three (3) months.
- The club or association will undertake to train the instructors and coaches of hobby activities in accordance with the City of Turku's model for developing coaching and instructor skills. Training performance will be checked on a club- or association-specific basis. As a first step, the instructors and coaches of the club or association's hobby groups must have completed the minimum level of the coaching and instructor competences model. The minimum level includes completion of the Olympic Committee's Responsible Coach online course (1-1½ hours).
- Provide at least two free introductory visits for new members before they commit to the provider’s activities.
- Send the enthusiast an invoice with a reference number.
The hobby provider will undertake to
- comply with the general rules of the Sports Committee's grant principles such as the prevention of the use of tobacco and nicotine products and adherence to the Olympic Committee's ethical guidelines.
- organise activities based on the Olympic Committee's quality criteria for children and young people's physical activity and, for example, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in hobbies.
- Check the criminal record of every coach and instructor working with children.

Harrastustoimijoiden kirjautuminen Boostii-edun sähköiseen järjestelmään
-
2Tarkista, että lisäämäsi ryhmä löytyy järjestelmästä
Nuori turkulainen tai hänen vanhempansa voivat selata järjestelmässä seuroja ja niiden tarjoamia alkeisryhmiä ilman sisäänkirjautumista. Edistyneempien ryhmät näkyvät kirjautumisen jälkeen. Nuori tai hänen huoltajansa kirjautuu järjestelmään vahvan tunnistuksen kautta.
-
3Lähetä viitenumerollinen lasku
-
4Odota tilitystä
Järjestelmästä lähtee kerran vuorokaudessa (aamuyöllä) maksuaineistot Turun taloudenhallintajärjestelmään, josta suoritetaan maksatukset seurojen tileille seuraavana aamupäivänä. Tilitykset tehdään seuroille yksittäin edunsaajien antamilla alkuperäisten laskujen viitenumeroilla.
