- Events organised at sports facilities must be applied for using the event application form (in Finnish)

Completing the event application form
- The event form must be completed carefully, taking into account the time needed for setting up and dismantling the event.
- It is advisable to provide an alternative venue and time for the event, where possible.
- The application must also state the preferred event venue and the equipment needed.
- Please note that booking and transporting equipment is subject to a fee.
- The event booking will be confirmed to the customer by email.
Events at Kupittaa Sports Hall and Kupittaa Ball Game Hall
Kupittaa Sports Hall and Kupittaa Ball Game Hall are very busy and popular event venues. The application periods below apply to events held at these facilities. Applications received after the application period will be processed on a rolling basis in the order they are received.
- Apply for events taking place between 1 March and 30 September by 30 September.
- Apply for events taking place between 1 October and 28 February by 31 May.

Events taking place between March and September that have been applied for during the application period, by the end of September, will be processed and confirmed to the customer in October.
Events taking place between October and February that have been applied for during the application period, by the end of May, will be processed and confirmed to the customer in June.
Please note that Kupittaa halls receive a large number of event applications, especially for October–November and April–May. When applying for an event, the choice of both venue and date should therefore be considered carefully.
For weekend events at Kupittaa Ball Game Hall, please also note that there are usually match bookings in the facilities on Fridays. This means that event setup cannot be carried out on Friday evening, and the preparations must instead be made on the morning of the event day.
